Likes

The company is very good in the manufacturing . The company supplies drilling rigs to foreign countries like Kenya, Sri Lanka,Ghana & etc . Company had good name in the field of drilling rigs and hammers as it's one of the first manufacturers in the south India.

Dislikes

I think teammates are good except some. There is work pressure in this company but it's only upto 10-11hours. Manager don't value the talent of individuals . Poor management system in this company. Worker gets salary very late like 23rd day of the month.

Work Details

My work was slightly challenging as I was doing the quality control for machine shop,heat treatment and assembly department . Also I have done production and process planning .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
