JBM will take 5 to 10 yrs to settle as OEM.

Dislikes

Working culture are very poor. Unsafe environment to work on shop floor due to many types of pollution. Company policy for employee benefits are not available. This is my worst experience as compared with other OEM companies

There is no ending of learning here, in such a small plant huge number of buses roll out in Limited resources.

Dislikes

1. No policy defined in any of function. 2. No canteen facillity inside the campus. 3. Poor sitting arrangement for officer rank people. 4. No transportation facillity for employees, even we made large buses for passengers. 5. No Policy deployment 6. No proper facillity of toilet and washroom. 7. No laboratory to perform the small test. 8. 90 days notice period. 9. Only 10 leaves given in financial year....Read More
