Jbj technologies limited is a growing company. This company is progressing very fast so here more opportunities for the employees. This company is open to innovation and adoping latest technologies so here more opportunities to learning. I love this fact that I may a part of this company.

Compony is good very I am not found job satisfactions here. Because my senior not support to me. I always divoted to our company. I always take initiatives, gives more time and very good results and handling heavy pressure but still my senior ignore these all thinks at the time of appraisal. Jbj dose not provide any facility .

Work Details

I am responsible for entire assembly and iip section. Assembly & Post process planing ,maintain kpi, provides training to assembly manpower, prepare ts documents, rejection analysis, kaizan for improvements for improve productivity & cost saving.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
