I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No teammates are supportive and no management is transparent. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are very unfair.

No carrer growth, no increment is there in salary,duty hours are too long,no patients are there to treat ,staff has to share her/ his room with 4-5 other staff, cleaning is not good,enviroment is not good.
