Likes

Good for Article student. You will get chance to work on major fields and learn many things. You will get adequate leaves. Some of the partners are highly knowledgeable and you will love working under them.

Dislikes

1) Corporate kind of culture missing 2) Compensation is lower. 3) Partner attention to technicalities of subject is lower. They focus more on relationship building. 4) Moderate attention to learning and skills developments, training, etc.

Work Details

Working at Jayesh Sanghrajka is challenging when you don't get support from seniors. Its article driven firm and high reliance is placed on Article. PS: Above review is based on my work experience 10 years back. Today Things might have changed & improved

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
