Very bad environment and bad culture. Teammates not supportive and management is only time paas. pf and bonus not provided to most of the employee.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary was not credited on time, career growth very slow. No any job training provided but work expectations is so high.

Very bad exp i got from there,no any training,no anyone take their responsibility as serious,management is not supportive regarding customer or internal issues, they were not able to provide quality and prod also.Noone known how to talk with manner.

Compensation & the job satisfaction is very low. The working pressure is very high. Manager do not value the individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do not receive any appreciation from the management side. Company do not provide proper on job training for their employees.

I am involved in the costing & commercialization of all the material procured from the suppliers like flanges, hydraulic tubes, connectors, adapters and many more. I am also involved in the preparation and execution of the purchase orders.
