Good Team mates and young team who are always with fresh ideas.

Dislikes

Work Pressure is very high. There is no proper training for the executive and no proper senior management for decision making.

Very Boring. Works allocated to me are not at all relevant to my current designation and Department.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
