This company is works like goverment offices in India, very slowly,no r &d in product,they just stick to thier old technology

Dislikes

Management is very poor,hr is very arrogant,they didn't treat you as human,no growth,I personally feel it's not good company for any one People in company are good

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
