HR means to help companies employees but in this company HR means CEO ka chamcha banna, all politics , no support in lockdown, jab company ko need hoti h rat me b ghar nai jaane degi..jab aapko need hogi... company hath khde kar legi... Muh se bologe u r my asset u r good u r my ak47 and in real who is this guy we don't know him.. worst ever company, karma will repay to everyone.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company culture is tremendously changed in last few months. HR is very supportive now and many activities started. Work life balance is ok. There is no job security issue. Earlier the culture of Head Office was good but plant culture was not up to the mark. Now the EPIP plant is doing many good activities and culture is well changed.

Worst company. Everyone applies oil to the manager. All staff are not equal and there is no transparency. Old employees don’t let new employees stay.

Mr. Vaibhav pls look into it. If you don’t control it. It harms your business. All staff is not equal if you know owner or you are oiling to old staff than you may get some responses. If you are new than you will not get a tea or coffee. The pantry boy tell you coffee nahi hai. Wahi baki logo ko table pe cofee milti hai.
