This company has opened 2 years back, i spend my life on this 2 years in company only,just starup only, so i can achive ,learning, something likei joined

The work pressure is high ,in a day minimum 12 -16 hours need to spend. And salary delay,environment ,incorrect salary package , not well job sequrity
