Likes

The University is open to innovation and great working environment. We have lot of industry institute contacts through our university. Good motivation and encouraging environment by the professors. Timings also very flexible, no lot of tensions and pressures.

Compensation is very low and there is no further growth.

My role is slight challenging like involving in teaching and administrative roles along with the faculty members. I involved in social issues like students problems and placement issues.
