Work satisfaction and working environment is good. It is good for learning so many things and update with the technologies and innovations in the relative discipline.

Dislikes

There is no compensation and other benefits are giving by jntuh and the growth very slow and job security is also less. salary is depending upon the government terms and policies.

Likes

The University is open to innovation and great working environment. We have lot of industry institute contacts through our university. Good motivation and encouraging environment by the professors. Timings also very flexible, no lot of tensions and pressures.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low and there is no further growth.

Work Details

My role is slight challenging like involving in teaching and administrative roles along with the faculty members. I involved in social issues like students problems and placement issues.

The labs do not have adequate equipment. There are not many placements that are actually useful for students.
