Javi system work only in telecom sector if you are fresher than you can join but after sometime you should be change the job because there is only learning for freshers but there is no growth. My overall experience is wrost in this company no increment, no future and many more negativefeedbacks....Read More

Poor management , they aren't thinking about the employees career & his/her growth, no appraisal no learning only politics. Management always thinking for company growth may be they got appraisal on timely but below manager level employes always fighting with management for appraisal but nobody will got on timely....Read More

Javi Systems is the best company for Grow skills and Environment is super friendly which is the best thing. But for Job security not a good place. All policies are against employee. No value of hard work and no one consider it..

if you are a fresher you will get to learn a lot but you will be paid less.

Dislikes

you don't get paid timely. plus you get very tight budget when on tour.you have to spend from your pocket most of the times.they may deduct your reimbursements .

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
