Java R&D is the company which makes you rethink about being in an IT company. The offices are filthy, you do a desk job with no life apart from the office. Even in the office you are given a hard time. You cannot take a break after a long call, all they ask you is to sit on your desk and do some or the other stuff, you just can't take breaks here. Dinner time is fixed and so are the in-out timings. If you are late by even 2-3 minutes, your half day salary will be deducted....Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
