It is a good review right! The company is overall the best. Here you'll get paid far better than you expect. work-life balance is very good, here you don't have to pay attention to your work at all but life is good. Salary and benefits are the best part of the company, basic salary + monthly bonus + yearly bonus + yearly increment/appraisal is there. Benefits are internet reimbursement, travel reimbursement, etc. Promotion and appraisals are there if you are very good at cheating or forging or acute or people pleasing or admiring managers and project managers. Very good policy for job security here until they have projects, if don't, you'll get to know that you are not skilled, you are not worthy, and you are not giving work satisfaction. then only they realize to examine you and test your knowledge suddenly, and then they will evaluate you after giving you 1 whole day to revise everything. If you are able to answer all questions you'll get 5/10 if you are legging somewhere somehow they will give you 2/10 as you were working on a project(where you weren't touching the code a single day, as 10 years of experience freelancers are there for coding) and not able to solve the problems in one go. they will give you one week to prepare and then ask you everything(as you are working on the project you must have this understanding. Skill Development is there for English to communicate with US clients. Learning is there where you have to learn tech skills and weekly assignments will be there for that. flexibility of work is there if you want or not you can work on Saturdays and Sundays. Work satisfaction is not there for you as you are not working there and they are okay with your work until you have a project by and only by talking and fooling the client as the primary developer, after that you'll have to face assessment on the same day and 2/10 result, if you are a junior developer then you are peon or office-boy. Company culture is very familiar as they call us "the Java R&D Family" or "ITech Family" or "Java Ventures Family", and humiliate us whenever they want, slang language, vituperation, and strong language can be used on you here by manager Grv M, Prul, Sjid HRM, and your primary developer. If you are good at coding and have good knowledge or are open to learning and growing as a software developer, this would be a bad decision to join this. If you have self-respect don't join it or leave it, because when they have bad times they will kick you out and give you stress, trauma, depression, and self-doubt situations.

Everything firstly they change their policy like every other day they first told us there would be work from home and now they say they are changing policies and you have to report to office within 5 days that too u have to confirm them or else they will block your office id. they make you sit at the office and do nothing as they don't have projects and even if they do they will put u in different technology....Read More

Nothing as such, fraud company, Hires on false pretenses, Claiming they have numerous projects then asks to get trained on a totally different path in a week or so. Like they hired me as a Devops developer but then they had this PHP project, asked me to train in Laravel in 3 days over the weekend. Same story is all over this company. Then if the interview doesn't get cleared they hold this against you in layoffs and appraisal. Manager and HRs are abusive, even hurl foul language. Tenure doesn't means anything here....Read More

Toilets are unclean, soap dispensers don't work, poor poor hygiene, rats running around. Lock steel bar gate so now people can not use outdoor clean facilities of nearby station or shulabh complex. No segregation of vegetarian or non vegetarian spaces. WORST: they took some mock interviews in order to invent reason to fire people.So that they can cover liability, they took mock of Java people on devops, devops guys on PHP etc. And saved recordings on zoom, gave like 5 min before firing. Absolutely humiliating experience. And I wasn't the only one, they did this with everyone....Read More
