Being rude, talk in bad manner with emploeyes(biggest reason to leave the company) Not open to try new ideas Others responsibility will be put on u and will be forced to do it correctly, the manager too doesnt support in this (2 nd reason to leave the company) U cant speak here what is right and wrong Too much monitoring by some colleague of what are u doing, and if they find u doing something or even leaving on dot time he will complain to the boss, rather the minding own business...Read More

work was really exciting as lot of innovation ,festive & employees birthday & farewell celebration was unique . HR , Accounts , few managers are simply too good..
