The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that market's reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.as a result, there are on-site opportunities are there . But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location. Here Mostly clients from US , Germany and Japan . I like the culture and work atmosphere ....Read More

Compensation is good . Work pressure is little more . Sometimes needs to work on late nights and weekends also.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging, as a embedded developer work would be interesting and hectic when complete design has changed and root cause not found for the issue pressure would be more.Apart from that work is good and following good coding standards

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
