There is absolutely nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Almost everything is bad about this company they cannot even pay salaries on time generally there is a gap of 2 months between salaries and they make arbitrary deduction from that as well. Plant is open 7 days a week means no holiday. They deduct 1000 rs if you come 10 mnts late but in the name of overtime there is 0 compensation. Plus the management is terrible its a gang of unskilled illiterate people who knows only one thing i.e POLITICS thats it and no skill whatsoever and the boss is abusive and there are cases where employees got beaten terribly. All in all very abysmal place to work everyday feels like you are in some kind of jail....Read More
