I had given lot of the efforts and training for fresher, manager and subordinators for streamlining business and yield growth, costing but my all efforts vain, Senior person like me involved and equipped 24x7 operation. The work and regulatory compliance pressure very high so I had quited my job.

As sales manager, all one can do is talk to targeted clients on Jas but can't achieve result in your region as all rates and freight rates centralized to country H. O. which makes it difficult to compete locally unless one is on touch with service providers which the company restricts making it uncompetitive

A multinational 3PL company having their own forte only in certain parts of Europe and USA. Had good network of office to sell services in reverse marketing mode.

Dislikes

Jas Forwarding had its limitations in freight negotiations on all modes of transport in India. Not competitive in a much intense market and had no unique product to sell.

Work Details

Did good reverse marketing in getting nominations for shipments for faster recovery of dues as credit periods locally did not justify profit margins. Msin product sold was air import and export with FPD deliveries .
