To begin with Jaro is a good company to work with although there is no work life balance and there is a lot of pressure but there is more to learn although they don’t have a exact process for everything i thinking improving that will be good

This is the worst company anyone can work for. The managers show no respect and are terrible. There is no job security, no matter how well you perform. This place stinks of office politics and they don't verify qualifications of the employees because of which there are people who have faked their qualifications. They will torture you until you decide to let go of everything you've earned till date and move on. One thing that I can say for Jaro Education that it gives immense opportunities to grow and pushes you to the maximum potential.

I felt that the job security was always a problem there. If the targets are not completed, there are serious consequences and that is something that I do not appreciate.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked in. I am glad i am out of such a toxic work environment. There is no job security. They don't even think twice before throwing you out. The way they treat their employees is terrible. It makes feel like you owe something to company. If you are late even by just a second, they deducts the entire day's salary. Managers doesn't give a shit about their employees. There is no respect for the individual. I remember a time when. I asked for a day's leave because I had to take my mother to hospital and the manager started questioning about my targets. Working under such a management almost gave me depression. They will start terrifying you from the very first day on the job security. I remember an instance where the CEO himself made an offer stating there would be no stability in terms of your salary and that you will be paid only if you achieve the targets. If you fail to meet the targets you won't be paid for the complete month. Fortunately, that was never implemented as not many people were in favour of it. The management is highly manipulative. They make you work over weekends even if you achieve the targets and never pay you for the same. I remember when I had to be after my manager the entire time to get my experience certificate so I can join another organization. Eventually he blocked me which is very unprofessional. They will randomly come up and say "we don't need you, don't show up to work tomorrow on" and won't give any notice period oR pay you for the same. They attract candidates through attractive packages and make employees life living hell. I would never ever recommend anyone to go jaro. The culture is pathetic.
