There is nothing as such that you like to work at jaro. Just a decent Salary package

Pathetic work culture, no job security, can terminate the employee if you question higher management. There is no personal life after joining Jaro Education. They make you work 10:00am to 9:00/ 9:30pm also they will be calling you on Sundays. If you have any National Holiday on weekdays then you need to work on Sunday.

Everything Kavita here is very much harassing and don't join even if for 1 lakh per month you will be hired and fired in the same week and don't fall for the good reviews if any I believe there are none but still these are company tactics. Freshers are there for interview in morning afternoon and evening. As you join they will startpressuring you for sales targets and they know that you being a fresher or experienced cannot achieve it and they use bad words and give you termination letter as if you worked them for free without salary as social service. Every fresher would starts their career into sales domain gets a good kickstart if their graduates then it's 40k and post graduates gets 50k.(make sure u know they are not listed in private Ltd so no pf esic will be there). No work life, being female I worked for 12 hours a days more than 10-15 days in my 8 months of tenure and no extra paid for over time even at times I worked entire month including Sundays,no compensation,salary of 1 day will be deducted from day 1 with 3 lates and till next 180 working days. U have to complete targets to get holidayand practically in sales it completely depends on the data so initially prepare ur mind working on refurbished data. No focus on freshers,self learning should be motivation. It's place for the people who can butter the managers....Read More
