Jaro Education is a prime example of how nepotism and poor leadership can destroy a company. Leadership positions are handed out based on personal connections rather than qualifications. A clear example is Priya Rathod, who holds a senior management role not because of merit but because of her marriage to the VP. Employees are expected to respect leadership, but how can they when those in power lack the necessary skills to lead? Instead of empowering the workforce, management enforces a dictatorship-style rule, making employees’ lives miserable. To make matters worse, the company is facing financial struggles, yet they have irresponsibly launched an IPO while mass hiring. Now, they are resorting to unfair tactics to cut costs, marking employees LOP (Loss of Pay) for petty reasons. This is nothing but a blatant attempt to withhold hard-earned salaries from employees who are already overworked and undervalued. As a content specialist, it is great to work for jaro where i have the chance to work on new tools for content production. I handle a team , and i must say the company offers great oppurtunities. We get to learn and focus on our growth. This will help in further career growth. Thebest part is that we recieve a timely bonus and increment, which makes us dedicated our skills.

no growth no support too much gender discrimination is their being female ceo still women’s are consider as week hence all privileges are given to mens favouritism is at peak. Hygiene is not maintain bot even tissues paper are there in office washroom no housekeeping group nothing there is cockroach all over in office sat no week of only manager’s get privileges they got sat sun mon week off.

Since the time I joined Jaro Education, I have had so much to learn here. I get opportunities to meet clients and build a customer base. Moreover, the work environment here is quite impresseive.

Sometimes due to complex projects, we have to stay back for long hours. But we get paid well.

The Good part Jaro Education is that higher management encourages transparentcommunication. Our grievances are solved quickly. Glad to work here and grow professioanlly.

It is great to work with Jaro where I get to connect with different team members and clients, thus improving my communication skills. In some scenarios, there is work-pressure, but thanks to the monthly fun activities , takes away the stress.
