Since I joined jaro one year ago, I have had multiple projects to work on. This shows the higher management believes in my skills. Moreover, there is a good chance to upgrade our skills.

The company doesn't give you respect at all, the managers are not helpful at all .TL doesn't have an answer to your questions. No fresh leads given its simply a waste of time working with this company. They don't treat their employees equally. When you can't perform which is not the employees fault at all they simply throw you out without giving proper notice they think they can do anything because they are at higher post. The prices for their products are high they don't even reduce the rate or offer any kind of discount even if the customers are interested in buying. No product knowledge given during training. During a conversation they just say do whatever it takes you but get a sale any how they really don't care about anyone they are just concerned about numbers and they also give a lot of work pressure....Read More

Someone needs to tell this company that being bootstrapped doesn't mean you can exploit employees according to them. Senior Leadership is least potential and they are puppets of CEO. They don't train, don't mentor, don't audit, don't show direction but expect results. Would never recommend this company to anyone neither a freshernor an experienced person. worst culture.if u resign they will hold your salary n never give it ,14 hours shift , monika khandelwal branch manager is very rude n involves in personal life as well .. abuses employee.. threaten them that she will hold salary n give termination.. if u go here your life will become hell trust me .

The salary that they give is better than market average. Though there are few unreliable employees, there are few really good colleague.

Dislikes

There no work life balance at all. You'll have to work on weekends. No job security. You'll have to forget about respect too, the TL doesn't mind about who's around and what is the situation, if you don't achieve your target you get shouted in front of the whole office. Obviously you'll have to work extra time regularly.

I have been working for jaro for the past 2 years and the work culture is such that we learn about the industry. I am into the premium vertical, handling products from IIMs, IITs. There is good exposure to new things which is important to boost a career. Looking for a promising career ahead.

This is my first job and it is great to see how we are given the work exposure here. Overall the experience is quite good. After doing MBA, I was sceptical about going into sales, but here I learnt a lot and looking forward to heading into this domain itself.
