Hostile environment.....feels like school......there is no place to have a lunch..no hygiene....no water in washrooms..... No freedom to eat during working hours... the freedom is only for manager to eat during working hours...to bring children during working hours...they call it professionalism.... Poor management....no proper chair to sit and no proper system to work... All the managers are working from 10 to 12 yrs...no exp of outer market.... they are stick till retirement with zero knowledge....they also know that they will not even crack an interview of other companies....feels like jail ... The company doesn't give you respect at all, the managers are not helpful at all .TL doesn't have an answer to your questions. No fresh leads given its simply a waste of time working with this company. They don't treat their employees equally. When you can't perform which is not the employees fault at all they simply throw you out without giving proper notice they think they can do anything because they are at higher post. The prices for their products are high they don't even reduce the rate or offer any kind of discount even if the customers are interested in buying. No product knowledge given during training. During a conversation they just say do whatever it takes you but get a sale any how they really don't care about anyone they are just concerned about numbers and they also give a lot of work pressure....Read More

Nothing to like about that shit company, it's so so pathetic. People don't have any life, morning 10 to 10 at night, you have to sit there and work, salary comes on 10th, and that too so much money they deduct in name of late punch in and out, and no leaves are approved. If you take leave one day, they deduct 3000 straight away. Those people don't have heart. Always asks to work on Sunday's but nothing extra bonus is provided. Very very pathetic culture. If a person joins company one week earlier than you, even if he joins one day earlier than you, you have to call them sir and ma'am. Can't use mobile fon even after 7 pm which is officially work timing. Always they will make you sit in office till minimum 9 pm and maximum 11 pm. Very worse experience...Read More

Everything here is to dislike only. Even After giving resignation and serving notice period they haven't provided me my experience certificate, it's been 6 months now, the branch manager is pathetic, he always says checking checking but never gives experience letter

Jaro Education is a prime example of how nepotism and poor leadership can destroy a company. Leadership positions are handed out based on personal connections rather than qualifications. A clear example is Priya Rathod, who holds a senior management role not because of merit but because of her marriage to the VP. Employees are expected to respect leadership, but how can they when those in power lack the necessary skills to lead?
