There is nothing to like about Jaro, worst company I have ever seen especially The guy name Sumit Yadav who is TL over there, he doesn't even know how to manage the team and these peoples have given him a team to handle, and because of him 2 of his team members left the organization

The branch manager, who hired her? and who saw her fit enough to run a branch? Pathetic attitude, only wants to look good in front of her seniors. Screaming at the top of her voice for anything, extremely annoying, rude and unprofessional. Who would want to build their career in such a third class organization? Not me.

Jaro Education is a prime example of how nepotism and poor leadership can destroy a company. Leadership positions are handed out based on personal connections rather than qualifications. A clear example is Priya Rathod, who holds a senior management role not because of merit but because of her marriage to the VP. Employees are expected to respect leadership, but how can they when those in power lack the necessary skills to lead? Instead of empowering the workforce, management enforces a dictatorship-style rule, making employees’ lives miserable. To make matters worse, the company is facing financial struggles, yet they have irresponsibly launched an IPO while mass hiring. Now, they are resorting to unfair tactics to cut costs, marking employees LOP (Loss of Pay) for petty reasons.
