Thanks for your review, your name is not there, so cannot say anything about your case, but would like to address few things: 1. Regarding salary- hiring you costs money, your salary is a very small amount compared to the money spent by the company in hiring you. That is why notice period exists. If you are eligible for salary we prefer keeping you and paying you instead of letting you go. 2. Frauds and scammers- we are a government registered entity working since 11 years, have served 12186 customers till now in around 406 properties, our customers have also posted about their stays in other social media themselves (a quick search on YouTube or instagram will give you that). Things would have not been going great and we would have not survived pandemic also if the company would have been scamming people. 3. Job security- we have employees working since company inception, we also have employees working since 5 years, we also have employees working since 1 month. Its not possible for us to maintain properties without staff, ours is a very staff intensive industry. So hire and fire is not something we do, unless there is a serious problem with the employee that is impossible to solve. To conclude, would request you to work on your skill set, there are employees in the company who are really skilled and we do go above and beyond to keep them. We are sorry that you were let go, but take this time to introspect and better yourself instead of negatively blaming the company and circumstances.
