Obviously they help us and provide salaries during lockdown period. But not follow the PF rule said by Govt. of India after lockdown.

company is too much depend on under-educated & irresponsible people. Foremen & supervisors are more valuable and powerful than Engineers, in many times, company management depends on them who actually destroy the company. Some of sites, GM are like impolite and treat employ as his private servant, and somewhere GM is coming here fortime-pass and busy on another profitable work. No work-life balance and no time management in HO Working hours up to 9 pm are horrible, no personal life, salaries one month delay, VP level person also shouting in front of everyone. no HR policies, no ethics. I strongly tell that if join in this company your self spoiled your career
