Growth is high , but work place is unsafey not provide good safety ..only about safety ..that's all

Generally speaking , they gave good position in Jamna ,but work is very hard work in unsafe conditions that's why I resigned from there because I got one accident I asked about ppm for safe working ..but they not interested to provide that things .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
