Compared to other companies of similar business, Jamboree pays good salary.

The company has a lot of scope for improvement. As it is well established, top management is reluctant to change. They think they are the best, especially Aryama dutta Saikia. She manages the entire company. Though her spoken English, body language and way of dealing are ridiculous, she feels herself the best. She is a crazy woman.- No proper training. Simply watch videos and become a tape recorder. - cannot question or suggest the management for improvement. If u question, Aryama will show u the worst. - Aryama considers herself as a wonder woman and puts finger in every matter. She lacks introspection. Very rude and political. She should have joined politics in fact! - hectic work. 9 hours of teaching daily! - No guidance for self improvement...Read More

In a span of 10 yrs of my working journey have not seen a Pathetic company like Jamboree is. Job security don't know why its rated that high every day counts with a uncertainty as you can be asked to leave at any moment of time. Have just to stick to plans outlined by top management not adaptable to new ideas and implementation, fewpeople of top management thinks they know your territory better than you, even if they are not aware of the capital of your state (Happened with me in one interaction). HR is a tortoise its been 2 years I left still haven't received my experience letter rest you can imagine. 1.Learning new skills is very limited. 2.You cannot put your ideas for the company. 3.Hr team is not quick process is very slow once you join that time they are little active. 4.Job security is major a concern.

Post June-23, it won't be more than 2 stars on all 3 parameters. Jamboree provided an independent approach & allowed one to grow & learn. Applicable till June 23. Everything was good about Jamboree till June-23, when the original CEO exited. Things went downhill in all departments since then

Except for student servicing, employee orientation has been tossed out of the window. It is a out & out hire & fire culture.
