Very good only in terms of timely salary disbursement. Rest other parameters are just okay okay.

Dislikes

Massive biased approach is prevailed at Lucknow Campus among Faculty & Staff. Such approach is actually directed and implemented by the Faculty Position Holders of the Campus Management. Growth is very slow as the organisation never follow their own Office Norms or Rule Book. Policy is there only for the Staff Members and that too on a biased note. Faculty Politics and Monopoly at Lucknow Campus is very high which is slowly and gradually spoiling the Work Culture and Brand Name. Poor and Cheap Leadership is prevailed at Lucknow Campus due to the positioning of Poor Leaders. Massive manipulation is done at Lucknow Campus when audits are conducted by external bodies in order to get good rating, even the Staff Members are officially presented and introduced as Faculty Members. YES BOSS Culture is highly prevailed. Staff Promotions due as per the policy also never happen on time<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
