Required more clarity of vision that could help me design programs better and implement., More clear communication with employees about their roles in next 2 years was required and support required in adjusting new culture by providing information about work, role, skills required for that role, More expectation on results or outcomes loses the focus on creating learning in individual and group level, needed measurement of learning after implementing program, hence we don't move to the next step of learning scientifically and logically....Read More
