The only thing that I liked is the hiring process which was easy. My teammates were good.

Dislikes

There's no job security at all. As soon as the project is finished, there are higher chances that you are kicked out. Salary is minimal and career growth is below average. Politics is deeply rooted in the organization and work environment is toxic. Work-life balance is a big 0.

Work Details

I used to manage two projects named Alternative Education Programme and PMKVY-RPL survey and data collection for Jaipur Rugs Foundation and I was also there in the marketing team of JRCPL for some time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
