The environment is good and composed and I can learn many new things while working at Jaipur Rugs. The departments and showrooms are fascinating as well as provides a lot of knowledge and experience while working here.

Dislikes

As far as I did not find anything such which I did not like it. It is a happening environment as far.

One of the most amazing things about Jaipur Rugs is how much the management cares about the well-being of the employees. The meditation sessions and yoga initiatives are are literally the best.

There is lot of learning opportunities but a very demotivating micromanagement is there. Top management is full of hypocrisy and meanness. The colleagues don't want new people to stay because it will lessen their value in the company.

Dislikes

Hypocrisy and micromangement of the founder. So called "social business" Is nothing but a load of crap and falseness.

Work Details

Wordsmiths are mean and boastful. They don't want new comers to stay because it will cause downfall in their value. Very high and foolish expectation in the first week of your joining. Not ever a little bit interested in guiding. Worst experience ever.
