Nice atmosphere, all doctors was supportive specially all icu specialist and md medicine . Nice experience with Dr madhumati mam , Dr samarth mittal boss , dr aalind jain sir , dr rohit Sharma sir , dr Mahesh thourani sir , dr anshu kotia mam , dr ruchika mam , dr abhinav sir , dr tarun sir and all the icu staff🙏

The undergraduated support and management staff members are being superior there and shows like they are the bosses. They give orders to doctors and speaks in very bad tone. They checks the patient files like they know everything which are already been checked by HOD's of particular departments.

Work Details

Your work is fair untill nobody interferes you in your work. But there are many staff management members who will interfere. If you are quit good in your job they will not let you do that. They will just give you fake file works instead of patient care.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
