No work life balance, dumb and orthodox rules about dress code, for example wearing Saree for female faculties are mandatory, which is very impractical and unnecessary at some point.

No work pressure, whatsoever. Salary is on time. Incentives are good and the appraisal is decent.

Student centred. The management insists that we give free attendance and marks even if the student does not attend a single class or internal exam. There is no question of failing students. No scope for learning. FDPs are less and the job is monotonous with no activities or fests. Need to keep following up on issues with the HR for your concerns to be resolved.
