Very leisurely and a kind of retired life situation.

Dislikes

No idea who proposes ideas, innovation and other academic oriented activities. Students are waiting to finish their degrees. In PG departments absenteeism is a big issue and management is ready to do anything to please the students. Less holidays, comparatively poor salary. If you are serious about academics, it is not the place to work.
