One can get very good exposure in real time basis .. culture wise the company is good... Management is driven by young entrepreneurs who does business well...

Management expects results overnight which is practically difficult... New entrant will face difficulty in understanding the culture and training is absolutely missing... Lots of expectation without giving any sources hurts a lot.... Management needs more professional approach with employees.. no job description confuses on who willdo what... Multiple reporting and difference of opinion at top management makes things unstable and confuses a lot...Read More
