My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. It is a horrible hell hole that treats employees like shit, the CXOs do not under what a leave is, they expect you to pull all nighters and then do not care or do not use your work.
