Back when I was working with Jack Martin then forcefully asked me to put a positive review, since I have left let me edit this and share my honest reviews. So the founders Father and son duo has created a toxic culture, it's like a dictatorship. In 8 months 4 times HR policies were changed, that too stupid policies where the lunch time is fixed 1:30-2. You cannot step outside apart from these timings, and if you get even 2 mins late then you receive an email to working extra for half an hr lol....Read More

I can literally write a paragraph on this. That's not even a company. They disrespect female employees son and father both. We don't even treat our house help so bad just like they do. Poor ethics, non practical approach and you won't learn anything. They are always hiring because people leave in a day or two if tortured then in a month. I would not like to call Jack Martin and organisation, a company or a firm. It's a great place and brand to work with, Work culture is young and Vibrant there was so much to learn and perform. Performing Sales under the leadership of our MD was great as he is a great sales enthusiast. I have seen clients raving for Jack Martin products

Dislikes

They are quite disciplined in terms of work timings that works both ways while getting in and getting out as well. I don't really consider this bad as we all must appreciate such discipline. It's each to its own
