Back when I was working with Jack Martin then forcefully asked me to put a positive review, since I have left let me edit this and share my honest reviews. So the founders Father and son duo has created a toxic culture, it's like a dictatorship. In 8 months 4 times HR policies were changed, that too stupid policies where the lunch time is fixed 1:30-2. I can literally write a paragraph on this. That's not even a company. They disrespect female employees son and father both. We don't even treat our house help so bad just like they do. Poor ethics, non practical approach and you won't learn anything. They are always hiring because people leave in a day or two if tortured then in a month. The work environment is absolutely pathetic, with no respect shown towards the employee. Despite the hardwork many of us put in , there is a clear lack of appreciation and recognition. The companies policies are either nonexistent or not followed or changed according to the will of MD(Which changes everyday). Completely disorganized workplace, Completely unprofessional behaviour of Directors, They will treat you like a slave .Working hours are very strict if you are late for 2 minutes your half day will be marked but if you stay more then 9 hours there is no count of over time.I would never ever recommend anyone to work here, Atleast for the people who value respectful work environment. It's a great place and brand to work with, Work culture is young and Vibrant there was so much to learn and perform. Performing Sales under the leadership of our MD was great as he is a great sales enthusiast. I have seen clients raving for Jack Martin products

Dislikes

They are quite disciplined in terms of work timings that works both ways while getting in and getting out as well. I don't really consider this bad as we all must appreciate such discipline. It's each to its own

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same position

Hypocrite Employers. They find stupid reasons to deduct employee's salary. They do not pay their Vendors and service providers on time for months. Abusive and disrespectful Directors. Do not know how to talk to people. We treat our maids better than they treat their employees. They force their employees to make fake reals for company's promotion on social media.

I don’t have work in this company, but as of my Understanding the loophole companies is communication, they are very uncleared What they want so big no from my side

I had a worst interview in my life from this company. Owner didn’t appear on time and HR manager calling me continuously to join the meeting. I mean, you should check from your side, if people coming or not, after waiting, 25 minutes I hung up the call, and after one hour, HR calling, please join the meeting. Do they didn’t care about other time value. I have told HR that I have other interviews lineup, so please conduct the interview for tomorrow then on next day. The same thing happen, the owner of company has joined after 30 minute and asked me about general introduction, which hardly taken 2 minutes, and after that, he said we will do technical round, but as of 2 months , they have not done any technical round yet when I am calling them, they are not picking up my call or when I’m messaging them. They just reading the message, but not bothering to reply atleast inform the candidate if he/she selected pr not with genuine reason they are lacking basic thing which is called SSL.
