If you want to learn anything related machine or process then this company is sepcial for you. 12 hrs per day means you can able to work anywhere anytime with full energy I your personal life.

Dislikes

12 hrs a day. Not a systematic culture. Inspection level is great but not growth on quality assurance

Wake up, get ready for work then 8am to 8pm job. Even on Sunday if you have work so come and complete it without any excuse.

Learning new instruments and adding up new knowledge and training of ISO standards.

Dislikes

The working hours for men engineers are 12+ hours working hours 8to8 and for ladies 9-6. It looks unfair and no work life balance, bad politics. Workers get paid more than engineer NO LOGIC.
