I like to work at Jai Balaji Industries Ltd only for some nice & helpful collegue. From company side we didn't not get any kind of help. But some of my colleagues help me lot to survive in lockdown period by providing financial support.

There are lots of reasons to dislike about working at Jai Balaji Industries Ltd. They are as follows 1. Salary delay in every months. Salary cut by 50 percent in this lockdown period. 2. Worst management team I have ever seen. 4. Working culture is very bad. 5. Working without safety precautions. 6. No special facility like handgloves, ppe, sanitizer for every individual in plant.
