Mid level management is uncivilized. Using slangs and foul languages are common habits. Learning opportunities are none. Salary irregular, it frequently delays beyond 2 months. Only those people gets promotions and salary hike who are close to higher management. No value for qualification or ability are given. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
