JLR India shall not at all hire people i feel. They hire and they face financial issues then they fire. This has happened ample of times here i guess. Worst place considering job security. Work unnecessarily complicated. No processes set. I will not recommend anyone to accept jlr offer letter and spoil their career.

I have been working their from 6 months no job training is provided by company .There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is not on time and career growth is very slow. On ghe job training is not given for new joinees
