Dislikes

But higher position employees support only female staff that’s why people discontinue and left the job . CEO to GM level either in salsas or service they are busy with female employees and that’s why cargo motors loose old employees which is worked from last 5 and more then 10+ years. Travel policy is Good.Work environment is average.

Dislikes

Career Growth is poor bad in employee retention,More demotions to old sales employees with rarest promotions.Salary & compensations are poor i.e even below then the industry average.Dont be high on expectations with Big ne of the Brand.Dealer is paying poor salaries to high designations such that you will feel shame to speak out in your circle .
