My working experience with this school was quite good, I learned so many things

I worked there for 2.5 year but they didn't increase my salary. So, I don't like there salary distribution system.

I love the fact that I am a part of the school and I get more opportunities to learn new things.School staff are familiar with me.It feels gud that I am worked there.In COVID-19 lockdown They will be giving me work that I take online classes and behalf of my work they will give my salary.

I dislike Partiality, groupings in that school.

I teach students and motivated.I take test weekly and prepare question paper for exam.I prepared grade card and conversation with parents in PTM. It will be a great learning experience in Jagriti Public School.

I taught in Jagriti Public School for 1 year. And for 2 years in Minarva Public School. Both had inovative environment. I had learnt too many positive things there. Minarva Public School is a senior secondary school affiliated with cbse.

Dislikes

I was not happy with the salary increment. B'coz these both are in rural area so growth scope for my career was low.

Work Details

I obtained master degree in Hindi Literature from Delhi University with first division. Teaching hindi is my one of the favourite work that I love to do. There are all good students who are interested in my class. That thing inspires me a lot.

Work Environment ,team spirit ,all are professional in their work,no back biting,management cooperative

Lot of interference from govt,lot of emphasis on Punjabi,due to govt policies the work culture of the school is not able to introduce new things,old method of teaching
