Editorial department is pathetic in Jagran New Media…. Favouritism is supreme here… saddest part of the organisation.

I am in editorial department and the manager here behaves like a dictator, he thinks of him as the owner of this company who can hire fire anyone depends on his mood not on employee’s work and skills. It’s been 3 years (2022 to 2024 and continuing) working here so I can witness the work culture here. Favouritism is everywhere but inJagran this is the pivotal factor on which a employee survive. If you are not good or don’t support CHAAPLUSI, then Jagran New Media is not for you. Salary and appraisal here is not satisfying but employee don’t even get respect here....Read More

No appraisal from last 3 years as they always say company is in loss... No problem solving skill in higher management...
