The company has various departments and management always keeps them tied-up together with various innovative programs.

The company HR does not discuss with new candidate about change in the candidate's employment policy. e.g. Candidate gets interview for other post but on offer letter gets some other post. approach of the leader towards the team member also not good.

The Work life balance is excellent. Its a haven for lazy, inefficient workers. Nobody speaks business language English. Engineers is speak in marathi and clients are happy with deficient output. Working for 1-2 hours per day and shamelessly charging 8 hours per day is firm benchmark.

Dislikes

Very poor hikes, rotten HR policies and Sir-Mam culture is encouraged at all levels. Lack of competitive resources. Labor lacks demographic diversity. Parking problems, No gym, No library, No reimbursements

1. Senior Leadership is very poor especially the Mumbai AF PU Head Kamal Jain who comes from Maintenance background and constantly threatens people with their Jobs. Till the time he is there, refrain joining Jacobs at senior positions. Because of him, many good people have left organization since last 2 years.

Jacobs always gives priority to the health & safety of its employees. the company provides WFH to maintain and enjoy work-life balance. In Jacobs, everyone is treated equally and you can approach any person or VP or MD of company without any hesitation.

I joined in 1993,that time it was Humphreys &Glasgow, in 1996-99 it was taken over by Jacobs. Until the new management came in somewhere around 2014-15, the culture and work atmosphere was excellent, due to detoriation of work culture, i resigned in June 2018 after working for 25 years.

Dislikes

Personal grudge by the manager and not recognizing and rewarding the right person due to personal grudge.
