1. Good Work Life Balance. 2. Good & Understanding Managers to Support. 3. Good Exposure on different projects.

1. Senior Leadership is very poor especially the Mumbai AF PU Head Kamal Jain who comes from Maintenance background and constantly threatens people with their Jobs. Till the time he is there, refrain joining Jacobs at senior positions. Because of him, many good people have left organization since last 2 years.

Great company culture and people. People are at the heart of Jacobs. A lot of emphasis is also placed on the work-life balance. Managers are concerned about their work-force and ensure that the team stays and works together as a family.

Was a good comany to work with during 2006 to 2010.

Dislikes

Can smell the failures of the Management team so i quit from Jacobs. Managers start giving priority to unlaw full employees.
