Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They Run behind the production Quantity they dnt care about any employee. There are 2 person @Atul Bhatkar & @jitendra Choudhary they dnt have any manners of talking with employees they will use bad words and torture you for production. They dnt have educated staff. I will not suggest anyone to join this company till they both are working.
