Jabil is a well known organization and it focuses on perfection through Lean Six Sigma and adapts various techniques to achieve excellence.

Dislikes

The site is far from the city causing an imbalance between work and life, although it provides transport. As it is a contract manufacturing organization, it is difficult to look out for its production. So job security cannot be guaranteed , unless you deliver the best out of yourself.
